Conclusion

The proposition that optimal sharing occurs between humans with partial information overlap is both non-trivial and intuitively appealing. Thus, we expect it to be useful in tackling the problems of information's influence on productivity. Organizational experts are well-advised to include it into the larger theoretical framework provided by the traditional perspectives.
